Tad's History in South Bay Real Estate
I have followed an interesting path into real estate. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Economics at Villanova and my MBA at Pepperdine University, I worked in sales and consulting for some of the world’s top technology companies, most notably Lexmark and Hewlett Packard. Working in integral positions within these great companies provided me with invaluable negotiating and sales experience, which have proven extremely useful in real estate.
In 1994, while still working in sales, I began investing in real estate.
I found great joy in taking promising properties that required a little work and turning them into true dream homes. Over the next few years, as my real estate portfolio grew, so did my interest in real estate. It wasn’t long before my hobby was bringing me financial rewards and personal satisfaction.
In 2005, I followed my passion and success into a full-time real estate career. The switch into real estate has been everything I hoped it would be—and more. I feel blessed by the support and recognition I have received from the industry. In my first year, I was awarded the 2005 Top Rising Star Award for Shorewood Realtors, an award reserved for the top-ranked new agent each year. Since 2005 I have been a top producer who consistently ranks in the top 1% of realtors nationwide.
I am a Residential and Income Property Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative with over $400 million dollars in sales.
